Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. We use USPS for the shipping method and customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping at checkout.All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekend or holidays.
Please make sure your email is correct so that you will recieve your tracking number when order has shipped.
Cloud77 Fashionz is NOT responsible for lost,damaged, or misplaced packages by the mail carrier or shipping delays. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. For any of these matters you must contact the United States Postal Services at 1-800-275-5777
We currently don't have a pickup option but if you are local delivery or designated area will be avaiable on Fridays & Saturdays for an additional fee.
